Best oral surgeon I've ever had. Overall experience was great. Everyone was very kind, patient and informative. Dr. Chi explained everything to me very well. I've never been sedated before for an extraction and I'm so glad I did! I was sleepy in the chair and woke up sleepy in the chair so in my mind I was still waiting for the procedure to begin. The nurse came and said I was all done and I told her the doctor never came back to do the procedure and she smiled and said yes he did, I was sedated and don't remember. Then I felt the guaze in my mouth where my tooth was and the numbness in that side of my face. Perfectly done. I didn't even know it happened! Thank you Dr. Chi if I need an oral surgeon again I'm definitely coming back to you!

Great surgeon, very smooth procedure. Except that they didn't really constant monitoring the patient. I guess it's true that hearing is the first sense you get after waking up. My anesthesia went off mid procedure. I was painlessly awake, dead staring at my vitals and experiencing my procedure, while hearing the doc chitchatting he's going to a Brooklyn clinic instead of here later this week or something. Come on how hard could it be to notice that I'm awake and mentally stressed?? Additionally I found the lady at the front was very rude and insulting too. I was paying my portion of the bill and I asked for a printed receipt. She told me "you don't need it." which was absolutely ridiculous. I am entitled to request my receipt and it's so frustrating that I had to insist a few times to get it. I don't deserved to be told that I don't need my receipt because my insurance paid the rest of it. I am very grateful that my mouth had a painless surgery here with no complications but I can't say the same for the overall experience I'm having

I recently had my lower left wisdom tooth extracted at this dental office, and I am very grateful for the care I received. As someone who is disabled and uses a wheelchair, visiting medical facilities can sometimes be stressful, but the entire experience here was wonderful. The staff and the dental surgeon were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They made sure I was comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. I truly appreciated how respectful and supportive they were throughout the process. I strongly recommend this dental surgeon and their team to anyone looking for professional, compassionate dental care. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult experience so smooth and reassuring.

I was really nervous after reading some of the reviews, but my experience getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed was quick and painless! The IV sedation worked perfectly—I was out for most of it and only woke up near the end, but I didn’t feel a thing and was so dazed I barely noticed what was happening. The lady who took my X-rays was so sweet and made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the process.

Such an awesome doctor and great staff! I had 4 wisdom teeth removed, Dr. Chi did an amazing job. He explained the process very well, and asked me if I had any questions, he made me feel very calm and completely at ease. The whole process took 30-45 minutes and I was out of there in no time. The sedation was very helpful in calming me down and making sure I did not feel any pain. Dr.Chi even called 2 days later just to check in and make sure I was fine. Very highly recommend!
